BUILDING THROUGH ACTION AND REACTION, ARTIST JARED BUSCHANG CREATES TO AN ARCHAIC GROOVE

Watching him paint was an experience, methodical yet totally frenetic.  His flow came from the Jazz music, a juxtaposing undertone to the manic expressive strikes at the canvas.  The approach is a bold synergy between poetry, drawing and painting, which marries both text and image.  His pattern, if mapped would only show clear the moments he would stand back to view the work, everything beyond that distance would be a rapid blur.  The end result however, can be ambiguously analyzed, yet as Jared mentioned during its inception, “its personally political.”
